Shane has been working on HR software implementations since 2007, when he cut his teeth on an SAP payroll implementation while working for Union Pacific Railroad. As a subsequent SAP HCM user and implementation project lead, he saw the need for a better end-user experience and applauded SAP's purchase of SuccessFactors in 2011. Shortly thereafter, he founded Avensedora Consulting with the goal of ensuring that each of our clients has not only a positive consulting experience, but also has the tools they need to make changes as they grow.
Shane's unique formal education in accounting and finance coupled with his extensive experience implementing both on-premise and SaaS HR solutions provide a unique perspective on the comprehensive Human Resources function. His further experience designing and implementing software across up to 150 countries gives him the ability to speak to issues others firms have just simply never encountered. Naomi joined Avensedora in 2017 after obtaining her first certification in Employee Central. As a mother of four and a former teacher, Naomi understands that project success includes a client's ability to maintain and grow the system long after the consultants have completed their work. Her ability to approach a problem from multiple angles and explain the various options available to solve it is an asset to each of the projects on which she is engaged.
Naomi is currently engaged with XPO Logistics, which is a global company based in Charlotte, NC. She is focused on the global implementation of workflows across North America and Europe.
